The mobile verification flow on juno4d
When you first register on juno4d, the signup form asks for your email and a password. After you click "Create Account," you are directed to a verification screen. The screen displays your phone number field (pre-filled if you entered it during signup, or blank if you skipped it). Type your full mobile number, including the country code +62 for Indonesia, then click "Send Code."
juno4d sends an SMS with a 6-digit verification code to your phone. The message arrives within 10–30 seconds under normal conditions. Check your SMS inbox and copy the code. Return to the juno4d app or browser tab and paste the code into the verification field. Click "Confirm." The system validates the code and displays a success message: "Phone number verified." Your account is now mobile-verified.
If you do not receive an SMS within one minute, juno4d offers a "Resend Code" button. Tap it and a new code is sent to the same number. If SMS still does not arrive after two resend attempts, check that your phone number was entered correctly (including +62 country code). Verify your phone's SMS settings are enabled and you have not accidentally blocked juno4d's sending number in your carrier settings.
If problems persist, contact our support team via the Help or Chat icon in the app. Provide your account email and the phone number you are trying to verify. Support staff can trigger a manual verification or adjust your account settings if there is a carrier-level issue blocking SMS delivery to your location.
What unlocks after mobile verification
Once your phone number is verified, four key account features activate:
- Withdrawal requests: You cannot withdraw from juno4d until your phone is verified. This is a mandatory security check. After verification, withdrawal requests via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or direct bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) become available in your account's Cashout or Withdrawal section.
- Promotional eligibility: Welcome offers, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions all require a verified phone number. If you claim a welcome bonus before verification, the bonus sits in a pending state until you complete the verification step. Once verified, the bonus becomes active in your balance.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): Your verified phone can serve as a backup to your account password. If you enable 2FA in Account Settings, juno4d will send a code to your phone each time you log in from a new device or browser. This adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.
- Account recovery: If you forget your password, juno4d can send a reset link to your registered email or a verification code to your phone. Mobile verification ensures this recovery flow works smoothly when you need to regain access.
Mobile verification and promotion timing
Our promotion calendar runs on a fixed schedule tied to region-wide events and holidays. When a seasonal promotion launches—such as a cashback boost around Idul Fitri or Piala AFF—the promotion applies automatically to all verified accounts. If your account is not yet verified at the time the promotion starts, you cannot claim that promotion retroactively once you verify later.
For example, if a "Liga 1 Opening Week Cashback Bonus" launches on a Monday and you verify your phone on Wednesday of that same week, you may qualify for the remaining portion of the promotion depending on the terms—but you will have missed the first two days. We recommend completing mobile verification as soon as you create your account to avoid missing time-sensitive offers.
Seasonal promotion alignment
juno4d publishes its promotion calendar in-app and via email to verified users. The calendar lists all upcoming bonuses, cashback events, and referral windows for the next 30 days. Each entry shows the start date, end date, and eligibility tier requirements (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). If a promotion requires a specific tier, only members at that tier or above can claim it when it launches.
Your mobile verification status is checked at claim time, not at promotion-launch time. So if you verify your phone midway through a promotion window, you can still claim that promotion if it has not yet ended and you meet all other eligibility criteria.
Changing your verified phone number
If you get a new phone or switch carriers, you can update your phone number on juno4d. Log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings or Profile, and select "Verify Phone Number." juno4d will ask you to enter your new phone number. A new verification code is sent to the new number. Enter the code and your account is re-verified with the updated number. The old phone number is removed from your account.
During the re-verification window (before you enter the new code), your account retains all previous privileges. Withdrawals and promotions remain accessible. Once you confirm the new code, the new number becomes your active contact number for SMS notifications and 2FA.
Troubleshooting common verification issues
- SMS not arriving: Wait 60 seconds after requesting the code. Check your SMS inbox and spam folder. Verify your phone number includes the +62 country code. If still missing, tap "Resend Code" once more and wait another minute. If the issue persists, contact support.
- Wrong code entered: The verification code expires after subject to verification. If you wait longer than subject to verification, the code is no longer valid. Request a new code by tapping "Resend Code" and enter the fresh code immediately.
- Cannot access the app: If you cannot log in to the juno4d app but need to verify your phone, use the mobile web version at juno4d.id. Open the site in your browser, log in, and follow the same verification steps. Once verified on web, the account is verified across all platforms (app and web).
- Account locked after multiple failed attempts: If you enter an incorrect code five times, your account temporarily locks verification attempts for subject to verification as a security measure. After subject to verification, you can try again. This protects against brute-force attacks.
Verification security checklist
- Never share your 6-digit verification code with anyone, including juno4d staff.
- Verification codes are one-time use only; each code is valid for subject to verification.
- Your phone number is stored securely with encryption and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- If you receive a verification code without requesting it, ignore it and do not share it.
